Delivery Estimates

Your order will ship from BelleChic within 3-5 weeks from the time you click “Process Order.” On each boutique sale, we will provide an “estimated shipping delivery date.”

The reason BelleChic’s delivery time differs from traditional e-commerce sites is that we only send our final order tally to our vendors after each boutique closes. This helps us provide you with great prices every day, while providing some sanity in the process for our vendor/partner!

As merchandise from our vendors arrives at our warehouse, the BelleChic team assembles and ships your order quickly. To make sure you know what’s happening with your order, we’ll send you emails including:

  • A confirmation when we receive your order
  • A note telling you that your order has shipped, including a tracking number

    If one of our vendors is delayed in sending your purchase to us, we’ll keep you in the loop via a special update email. We work hard with our vendors to make sure delays don’t happen, but with so many different partners in our growing pool of sales, we sometimes encounter unforeseen issues.
